Tips that have helped me....
I don't know about you, but sometimes for that extra boost of encouragement I like to make myself a little note as a reminder so I can see it throughout the day. And any of my close friends or family would not be surprised at this idea considering I always make To Do lists or write everything down in my planner! Here are a couple of the things I wrote down to remind myself to do throughout the day:
- Drink at least 8 cups of water a day. I know you hear this ALL of the time, but it makes such a difference. I used to be an avid milk drinker.. and by that I mean I would drink like nothing but milk. Now however water is the first thing I go to because I know that its good for me. If you get tired of this flavorless, clear, need in order to live liquid try using some fresh lemon/lime, Crystal Light or Sobe Lifewater. In order to keep track throughout the day simply make a tally each time you drink a cup or get a water bottle that you are able to measure how many cups it holds so you know how many times you need to fill it though out the day.
- Try watching how fast you eat your food. I never paid attention to how fast I ate until I started dating Mr.Morrow. I come from a big family so when it was dinner time you go get your food fast before its all gone. Tyler however just takes his sweet time and enjoys every bite- no matter how hungry he is. This encouraged me to pay attention to how fast I ate and I surprised myself and found I ate my food pretty fast. By slowing down even a little bit your able to taste every bite of your food and allow your body the proper time to digest the food your giving it. By doing this you also will be able to pay better attention to when you are full.
Im a total Biggest Loser fan- i just love it! Season Finale is on tonight so excited. I'm rooting for one of the sisters below. How amazing do they look!!?
