So I finally convinced Nichole to workout with Tyler's dad Rick at Morrow Fitness. She had to stop for a little bit to take a break, but she got right back in and did a great job. She said it was really hard, but she felt great afterwards knowing she completed something that she didn't think she could do. She kept looking at me when Rick would say what was next and it just made me laugh because I could tell she was looking at me as if saying, Is he crazy?" The session is $375 for 9 weeks of personal training. That includes 3 days a week working out in whatever class you choose to go to. I go to the 5:00 class MWF. He is great at always mixing up the workouts(yoga,kickboxing,stength training,etc...) encouraging you the whole time and never makes you feel embarrassed if you cannot do a certain move. Tyler's mom Maryanne is also a certified nutritionist so she is available in offering nutritional expertise. The classes are for both men & women and are all sure to be a great hard working workout. A short 10 minute example of how we started our workout yesterday is:

10 walkouts

Run 1 minute 6.0

20 burpees

Run 1 minute 6.5

1 minute 30 seconds plank

Run 1 minute 7.0

Up & down side planks 20 each side

Run 1 minute 7.5

Warrior One  pose 30 seconds each leg

I have found how strong your mind is during workouts like these & how if I let my mind have control, I won't be able to make it through a workout. Ill let my mind win and stop working out feeling defeated. But I encourage everyone to fight back & not listen to the lies saying you cannot do it. When your legs are burning or you don't think you can run any longer PRAY. I love Jesus with all my heart and I know from experience that he gives me the strength and so I know he can do the same thing for you.
