So the bean & rice casserole was a success! You could smell it as soon as you walked in the door ! I changed the recipe a little though by using a croc pot on high for 2 hours instead of a dutch oven and added peppers & chick peas and took out regular peas. After we both ate we still have a big tub of leftovers which is always a good thing.
We went to the driving range, which turned out to be actually really fun. We got a smoothie from Smoothie King then headed to to the one past ICC in East Peoria. It was a gorgeous day so we enjoyed every bit of soaking up the sunshine!! We first went to get a bucket of balls- we put the money in, but failed to but the bucket underneath where the balls came out so they went flying everywhere haha Tyler of course was a pro and could hit it super far. I think his favorite part though was when he saw the cart that picks up the balls haha He kept trying to hit it, but never got it. I have really bad hand eye coordination and so I would swing and miss alot, but I kept trying and eventually I caught on a little bit. When I got a good swing it would go pretty far so I got all excited! On our way home we had another little mishap when Tyler ran into the curb in front of our house & slashed our front right tire.... O ya theres a big gash in it so it is completely flat. Tyler wanted to beat himself up about it, but then we just started laughing.. We got a flat tire parking our car in front of our house, really??

This is the day which the Lord has made; let us rejoice, and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24
